I can't tell you where to get one but I thought Mitsubishi used Cast Iron for strength, although that was 15 years ago or more so maybe Aluminium is just as good now. I don't think Mitsubishi ever made an aluminium version (or any aluminium blocks at all?). I think even the WRC car uses Cast Iron?
I imagine you would have to get one specially built which sounds expensive and if an Aluminium block is important to you a whole new engine might be a better alternative, though probably not what you are after.

wrathafier, sorry but strength of the block is the reason why the evo can run 19 psi with no hitch... yeah have an aluminum block and run 10 psi while saving 100 lbs.. LOL
a lesson for you, theres always a good and bad in every mod you do... sorry but wanting an aluminum block is pretty silly. the strength of the block far outweigh the extra weight. why dont u remove ur turbos, thats saving weight too LOL

oh ya, usually you don't want an aluminum block for an engine like this, aluminum is usually for N/A engines. If you have cash out the ying-yang you can get a magnesium that will last <~5000 mi without service.
