I used Krylon Dual Paint + Primer Satin black (you can get it here -
Amazon Amazon
)

I popped off the amber indicator plastic while painting the surround and left it alone. I think it matches the JDM amber signals on the fenders nicely.

What's next: Dyno tune

I too work not to far from this location, and a buddy work not too far as well with a AP IX. We should all meet.

Time to bring this back from the dead. Had my bday this month so I splurged on some parts: CF front ducts/side spats, new cluster lens, new hvac bezel/labels, floormats, OEM Evo 9 DV (not pictured) and a JDM rear bumper (on the way).

First up were the side spats, before:

After:

Next, I wanted to clean up some small things that have been bothering me:

Cracked cluster lens & peeling HVAC bezel

All cleaned up:

Next, I decided to tackle the fading windshield wipers & rain tray:

Washed the car and cleaned out the gunk underneath the tray:

Prepped the wipers/tray:

Fresh trim paint:

Will need to get some after pics...oops

Also, my bro's recently picked up rx7 lurking in the background:
