My Evo 8 daily | first non-euro car :P

Well, it's been almost exactly a year so I guess this thread is due for an update. Quite a bit has changed so I'll try my best to document it all in order.
Here's where we last left off, still had the stock wing + a Rexpeed trunk lip.
Also had a CF front lip and Rexpeed ducts
The CF lip lasted about 2 weeks, eek.
At this point, I had a JDM rear bumper ready for paint. I decided to go ahead and do what I always wanted to do - IX front and wingless. So I acquired all the necessary parts (multiple, and I mean multiple orders from the dealer until I had everything needed for the front bumper swap...a lot more of a pain than I originally figured) and wingless (Lancer trunk).
Ironically, both of the items above were not used. The trunk turned out to be a PITA to work with (hail damage), so the shop just filled in the stock trunk and I decided against using the Rexpeed type-d lip spoiler.
So here's how the car looked after getting F/R bumpers painted as well as the trunk filled.
Okay, safely back at home and awaiting the bumper swaps
.
Well, everything's off, why not add a Cusco power brace and some Tomei goodies?
Assembled all of the grills (UGH) onto the IX front bumper. Also ordered all new front fender liners and the complete undertray that previously got ripped off.
And added a PU front lip...Wouldn't mind CF, but I know it'll be dead in a few weeks anyway. Front end looking good
Now, onto the rear. Kind of a pain swapping the retainers, but nothing crazy.
Finally, she's on there.
But, that exhaust is looking nasty. Replaced the Buschur bullet with the SD w/ JDM rear fitment. Much better...
At the same time, decided the rear needed just a LITTLE bit of badging.
Coming together
Now, just needed a plate frame to fill in some of the gaps.
First drive with everything all sorted out!
And here's how she currently stands

Updates!
So I ended up buying awhit17's turbo setup (thanks again ) as well as a short route UICP. Therefore I decided to clear up some room in the bay and relocate the battery to the trunk.
FP71HTA
New turbo inlet pipe, gaskets, etc:
Removed the battery and tray and was left with this:
Removed the fender liner and started running the cable:
Ended up with this in the trunk:
Cleaned up:
Made a small little plate and used a fused distribution block to connect everything:
Next, installed new carpets (old ones are pretty foul):
And finally, installed a new steering wheel gauge pod and removed the center pod. Cleaned up how everything was wired as well:
