PA: 2003 Mitsubishi Evo 8 (Salvage) Runs & Drives
SOLD!
Up for sale is a 2003 Evo 8 with light passenger nose damage. The is very clean and 100% stock! Its runs and drives but needs a little work as you can see in the pics. I have a VIS carbon fiber hood I can throw in for a little extra! The car has 100,621 miles.
I am rebuilding a salvage Evo myself. These cars are a lot of fun to work on and they are not too difficult to repair. This car also has a lot less damage then mine did so it shouldn't be too much work for someone to do on their own.
Take a look at the thread:

Car is located in Wysox, PA 18848.
Give me a call or text me at 570-637-0125 -Cory

I guess some people don't understand that this is what dealers do. They buy cars at auctions and then resell them....for profit, that is how we exist.
Now it is also important to understand that this car was purchased NOT RUNNING so it was a bit of a gamble. I also spent a pretty penny at Burdick Mitsubishi in Cicero, NY to get a new key made and have the ECU reprogrammed to match the key.

Im not, Im just throwing it out because I was trying to buy it and you kept outbidding me.
A car with that light hit will always run though. If you've bought at auctions before you should know.
And 8200 because thats not a lot and IMO it was a hell of a deal.
Throw it on Copart once it runs and see what it does.
You can easily pull 9.5-10 from it.
And to all others reading this.
Its a good deal.
I was going to buy it for parts but it sold for a bit more than what I wanted to pay. But I had someone inspect it at the site, and I can say its apparently a GOOD buy, and easy fix.

Those were my thoughts exactly. Copart Evos bring so much more now that Copart is a household name. I miss the old days when salvage cars were afordable!
BTW: Thanks for running me up! haha One of use could have saved some money if we knew who was who this morning!

3? lol
Multiply that by 2 and then some
There was one the other day on Copart that sold for over 13. It was a 06, with a harder hit than yours, but it ran.
This just goes to show that they do keep value though, and theres nothing to be afraid of

Bump for lots of new pics.
I have started and driven this car. The motor sounds great and will warm up to normal temperature just fine. I let the car sit and idle for a few minutes tonight and everything seemed perfect. No check engine lights pr anything like that. I also scanned the car with my OBDII scanner and found nothing. Overall its a very nice car and will make a nice car once fixed.
