2005 Evo MR. 400 whp. Shep Trans. South Florida

2005 Evo MR in very good condition.

Used on weekends only. I have another car I use as my DD. Clean title. 76,700 miles. Clear title in hand.

Car is very clean and well kept
New Exedy twin disc clutch with less than 400 miles on it.
Tires have 80% thread left.

All work was performed by AWD motorsports,. The trans/tcase/rear diff are all new as of May 2013, and the brake rotors/pads were installed in July 2013. The interior is in good shape; nothing is missing and the seats have no stains or tears. All drivetrain parts use oem fluids, and the car has only used valvoline vr1 oil . 60k service (belts,tensioners etc) was done at 58k along with the cam and crank seals, valve stem seals, and valve cover gasket. The car was tuned at 30psi on 93oct and makes around 400 awhp; however I only run 22psi. The car runs/ pulls great with no mechanical issues.
