The VIN history reports say this is a salvage car with a washed title.
Old EvoM FS ad would agree:

I see the ad here has some new info added to it now, but none of what is quoted below changes the reality that it is a washed title car and that's why eBay told you to list it as "reconstructed". Ultimately, this car should never have been transferred back to a non-salvage/clean title in the first place.
This is an example of why Carfax and Autocheck are very valuable purchases when someone is considering a car to buy. (Note: Carfax and Autocheck don't always catch every issue though, so it's always wise to have a professional look over the car as well).

Issues:
-Title: I was told by ebay to list this as a "reconstructed title" even though the actual paper title is clear. This car had a previous accident back in 2005 from the original owner. Ever since then the car was rebuilt and inspected by a state trooper and was able to remove the "rebuilt" caption from the title, meaning that the title in hand is clear with no salvage, rebuilt, or reconstructed warnings. Insurance is also not affected by this at all. However it will show all this in the history report from back in 2005 (that's what it's for) but you can also see when it was fixed back in 2008 for a clean title. For serious potential buyers i can send you a picture of the title in hand for proof.
