I have owned this car for over 3 years. This bull**** that carfax has in the report must have popped up sometime after I purchased it because it was not there when I bought the car. I have a clean title for it issued for it from the department of motor vehicle and anyone interested can take a look. I will do more research on this and anyone else who has had a similiar issue or has more knowledge can chime in. In the mean while I will lower the price to $19795 reflect the reports issue if anyone is interesed.

Ok guys, I have looked over the carfax/autocheck. I went ahead and contacted the DMV of Colorado and I spoke to a person in the investigative department and they told me they have THOUSANDS of open cases similar to this one and it would be a while before they can start the process for me once I file the paperwork. I do not have time to figure this all out. I have way too many cars sitting around, so this car needs to go. At the end of the day this is Evo is a clean title car with a bad carfax report. I will drop the price to $19000 The car looks and drives pristine and I will be more than happy to show it to anyone interested.
