AMS 2.3RR Shortblock, completely refreshed and perfect
Up for sale is my spare 2.3RR shortblock (9.25:1 compression ratio), which I had refreshed by a local engine specialist (PRE). Fresh bearings, rings, coating on pistons, repainted block, brass freeze plugs, etc......anyone who knows me knows I spare no expense when it comes to my toys, namely my Evo.
AMS sells this shortblock for 10K. Mine will not come with the water pump, oil pump, or balance shaft, but has improvements that far exceed the cost of those items. With all that stated, I am asking $8.5K or BEST reasonable offer. I can and will ship, so do not hesitate to ask me for a price shipped to you.

Is this block ready to be mated with a mivec head? For some reason, I can't see all the pictures... Your signature says evo 9 RS, so I would think so ...
