Define weak? Do you even know the real reason people bag on the mr transmission? Because I can gurantee you it will handle the exact same power as 5 speed. Something like that shouldn't hold you back from modding it.

lol i define weak as on track days at stratotech i get trans over heat messages 10 minutes in to a 15 minute session..

Have you had a chance to attend a day in local motor sport?

I've bagged on everything from 86 mazda 323 1.8gt, 03 Hundai Elantra GT, 04 Volvo V70R and now the 11 evo. I'm not claiming to be an expert driver because i'm not. But i enjoy getting out and pushing the limits with out putting the public at risk.

if you want a ride, feel free to join my father and i at one of the rdscc events. There is a great instructor that runs the events, his hame is Terry Johns.

RDSCC club rdscc.ca

if you want a leasurely ride join me in the evo, if you want to get motion sickness and fear for your life while aproching the last possible breaking point marker before corner #2, then ask my dad for a ride in his r35.

or bring the evo 9 out. there are 2 other guys in the rdscc club that come to most of the auto x events and a couple of the road course events.

I'd love to come out that's sick. But yes I track my car and auto x. Exactly it over heats no other problems and the reason for that is the one extra gear. A 5 speed takes 2.5L and a 6 speed takes 2.1L of transmission fluid. But if you provide adequate cooling and the proper fluids you will not have any issues. I know very well what a GTR is capable of my friend has one intact a red one like the one in your picture. Better yet I'll have one this summer too. As far as motion sickness goes I'll stick to my fp red at 25lbs.

Not here to start a fight or argue just thought you should know that there is ways around the over heating.

Hey I'm pretty sure you convinced me of tracking that Sunday we met up haha So I did some reading and everyone seems to be talking about the brakes and brake fluid not performing good enough! they all talked about switching to a different brake fluid but since I would only do a few runs on auto x my fluid should be ok right? All those guys Talking about the brake fluid boiling seem to be pretty into rancing so I figured a few auto x runs with enough time apart would not give me any trouble

I'll more than likely flush my trans and break fluid before the start of the season.. also @ stratotech your not allowed to run regular rad coolant.. you'll need to use water + an additive called water wetter.

last year i had 0 issue with my breaks with stock fluid. although if i end up getting r compound tires i may upgrade the fluid and break lines at the same time along with a new set of pads for the first road course day.. i'm sure my breaks will be fine for the auto x in their current condition.

Welcome !

I looked in to buying the gsr wheels from the dealer = super expensive like 3k , then looked at buying them from an auto wrecker and they wanted 1100 bucks for just the wheels with no sensors and were curb rashed all to heck, with no tires. .. so then i just bought some RFP1's super cheap super light and with winter studded tires they were like 1900ish i'll have to look at my recipt.. but i bought them from vex performance.. they seemed like a good deal.

Bowrepublik is such an awesome guy, seriously!

Well there is my 7 word essay. Hope it's enough for me to win as I would sport that sticker proudly.

TIA

If your brother wants to make another run of those stickers, with a Mitsubishi emblem or RalliArt emblem somewhere, I would compensate him.
