Spark Plugs

Hey guys just wanted some quick advice im looking to get some new spark plugs and i was wondering if it was neccessary to change the spark plug wires while doing so.

I wouldn't think you'd need to change the spark plug wires unless there was something particularly wrong with them.

100,000km range is when you should change them. That said, if you ran longer I am sure you will be fine. the policy of plugs is you should regularly inspect plugs, because you can catch on to issues with combustion before they turn into a serious problem. The signs of problems generally always show up on plugs first. long before it starts throwing codes on the engine.

The irridum plugs that come on the car can very well go for 160,000km

I am upgrading my plugs next pay check.

ya im sitting at 96,000 right now thinking of trying the new pulstar iridium plugs they have out.

Gonna get those iridium pulstar plugs to since the first generation of pulstar plugs have proven themselves worth it... Currently have 80k on them and still going strong.

Do Lancers and EVO's come with Iridium plugs? 100,000kms seems really early... isn't only regular copper plugs supposed to be changed that early?

have you found any places to get those plugs i can only find them on amazon right now
