is any cutting required of the plastic under the shifter like some kits including the fidanza short shifter? what is the percentage of reduction in throw and height? and of course pm me a price shipped to 37022 for an evo 8 ss with bushings

Hi awdordie,

Our Evo 8 short shifter reduces throw by 35% and height by 1.5 inch for a perfect shift feeling. It comes standard with the aluminum base bushings.

There is no cutting of the plastic required, but some cutting of the stock shifter in order to remove the plastic part of the stock shifter assembly that needs to be re-installed on the short shifter. You can check the installation manual here for more info:
