Lancershop.com

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to share a quick store about my order from lancershop.com. I placed an order on December 28, 2WEEKS ago, for a set of mud flaps and a pair of extreme white fog light bulbs.
I received my bulbs a few days later with no problem, but not my mud flaps. So, today I tried to contact them and found out you cant talk to a live person on the phone. The best you can get is an IM with someone. I tried that and was told that my mud flaps I order a week ago had not be shipped out yet because they were still waiting for them to come in.

I don't understand how I can order something that is "In Stock" and then I have to wait for them to come in. So, I cancelled my order for the mud flaps.

I would really recommend not using Lancershop.com for anything. There service is horrible.
Nick

Search. You'll find hundreds of threads just like this one complaining about Lancershop. Does nobody research companies before blinding sending money to them online?

Items bought from the Lancershop come from many different warehouses around the country, thats why you never get what you order in one shipment.I learned that many years ago.Now i only order from vendors on this site.

I've never had a problem with them, but drop shipping is a common thing not just for Lancershop.

I can't stand Lancershop. They've ruined their chances with me too many times.

They have actually been one of the better vendors I've purchased from. Fast shipping.

Though technical questions should be referred to real tuner shops...

I was shopping around for parts and gave Lancershop a chance. I had a better price from a vendor so I ask lancershop if they could beat the price. They said to email them the quote and everything and they could match the price. I said why the **** would I jump through hoops to get a price match, I already have that price. I will never spend a dime with them..... ever.

I still don't understand why they can't remove discontinued items from their website. Seriously.
