open letter to Sean Ivey ant Ivey Technologies

Just wanted to share an experience I recently had with Sean Ivey down in Linden, NJ. It involved a new clutch, 2 master cylinders, lots of flatbedding, and a tune. Long and short of it is this, Sean worked on my evo X and there was a problem with the work. Because Ivey Tech. is 60 miles from my house, getting there is a bit of an issue, but i picked Seans shop because of all the good stuff I learned about him on these forums, and because Sam, who usually answers the phone at the shop, was so helpful. When Sean learned that I was having a problem with the work, he immediatley contacted me personally and offered to pick the car up, fix it, and ship it back to me, so I would not have to go through the expense and hassle myself. He handled the whole situation like a pro, and with a wonderful attitude. Now, my car is running great and I have the utmost respect for him and his shop. You just don't get that kind of service too often these days. I highly recommend this fine shop to anyone in the area.

Mad props to Men like Sean for going the extra...
I live about 60 miles away from Mike at AWD Motorsports and he has done the
same for me at least three times over the last year or so. My VIII won't be
touched by any other shop in Florida-period.

Jim thank you for the post, it really means a lot when our customers go out of their way to share a positive experience and lets us know what we are doing right!

It's much more common in my opinion for people to post complaints on the internet so good job OP on taking time to post on your experience. Sometimes repairs or modifications can be costly so it's nice when some of these shops stand behind their work. Good Job Ivey!
