As we all know you can never really trust everything on here so here is one for Dr. Injector. I bought some used injector off Evom and sent them to Doctor Injector. I sent them for cleaning flow testing. Since they did not need cleaning they did not charge me full price. I commend them for there honesty

All I'm reading here is that English Racing is awesome, MAPerformance went way, waaaaaay above and beyond to help you out and you're still complaining about it, and now it's digressed to Costco, and rambling about "Dr Injector".

This is about customer service...1) English Racing is awesome 2)I lost money working with MAPerformance 3) It no secret Costco has the best customer service 4) Dr. Injector did not rip me off when I sent my injector to them and they were honest when it came to what I needed. Don't forget Turbo Lab for your turbo needs

This post is about rambling about Customer Service

Thanks for free bumpty bump

ikt brought up a good point, which is what is "waaaaay above and beyond". I think if you try to resolve an issue and it resorts to getting the Better Business Bureau involved, then that does NOT put a business in the category of "waaaaay above and beyond".

On the other hand what makes a business in the "waaaaaaaay above and beyond" category is if a customer made a mistake and a business does what ever it take to get the job done. In this case, English Racing did not have the part in stock to fix my mistake so they took a part from another Evo on there lot as a loaner to fix my Evo.

With Dr. Injector I would put them in the category of Honest Business. They did not go "waaaay above and beyond" they just was honest people

I do want to say that MAPerformance does offer the best prices on most stuff, BUT they have a lot of complaint through the BBB just do the research. They have a good standing with BBB, BUT for a person to resort to using the BBB means POOR CUSTOMER service.

I believe Customer Service really starts when things start to go wrong and just because a business offer a good price and sends you what you ordered doesn't put them under the Good Customer Service category.

P.S. English Racing is really starting to give good pricing on stuff and they have no issues with BBB

I recently had a problem with Rexpeed with a damaged part.
Derek offered me a new replacement part for free and to keep the damaged part.
Rexpeed FOR THE MOTHER ****ING WIN!!!!!!

In the past 10 years since I'm on the board I seen vendors come and go.
Most old original vendors here are worth there weight in gold on service and parts.

Some new vendors here ( you know who you are) aren't worth ****!!!

I'm curious why we need a 'vendor reviews' thread in the 'vendor reviews' forum section, where all posts are vendor/product reviews?
