My friend, is this considered a true core since it does not have the rods, pistons, or bearings?

Yes if you are trying to ship it to buschur for a core charge, then this one will work! It is the Block, Crank and Cradle.

wow, very tempting. you would be able to ship to Buschur and they would consider this an acceptable core to eradicate a charge?
