Good luck with that.
You make absolutely no sense AT ALL. What make you think that the prices will go up? Look , you just said it, the Evo X are piling up and not selling so it will make no sense to raise the price even more.

Another thing that you are not considering is that the more time that the Evo X sits in the lot the less value it has. Next year an Evo X would be a year old and by default it will have less value.

I think that's to be expected, considering the posted prices are from 2008 and applicable toward 2008 models, which retailed for a few thousand dollars less than today's models, to begin with.

You can still do business with them. From what I remember, you may be able to just purchase the car from them while they ship it to wherever you are (though you will of course have to pay for the shipping fees, but you should still end up ahead), or you can just fly there, buy it, and drive it back home, and still end up ahead. People have done both, but the latter at least helps ensure that you know what is happening to the car once it leaves the dealership, and your car will definitely be broken in and ready for action as soon as you get home.

Is there someone from South Coast Mitsubishi that i should contact that anyone knows that will give me a good price? I'm currently looking for a Evo X to buy within three months trying to get price quoting at the moment.
