ok is their dyno mustang or dyno pak and I heard some n=bad things about them but I guess every shop will have bad rumors about them right.

Remote tune with Christian at Pure Drive Performance. I've gone to two other California tuners, and they were fine, but not great. No experience with RRE, but heard good things.

Nobody knows who is the best tuner. Just pick one that has good reviews and and stick with good maintenance habits.

What part of California are you asking about specifically? There are quite a few.

Up North there are plenty more options

So yea, little more specificity will go a long way.
