TQ is to the FLYWHEEL.
The chart represents the torque from the flywheel. Now they didn't actually remove my engine and hook it up to the dyno, rather they added a correction factor of 17% to compensate for the lose in power as it goes through the transmission and transfer case. The wheels were removed and the dyno pods attached directly to the hubs.
