Suspension. The OZ has a more aggressive suspension set up than the ES. Also, the wheel specs are different so wheels meant more OZ's won't fit properly on the ES. Other than that, the OZ has the lip kit.

The seats have a blue/black checkered pattern that sorta looks like the Evo material (but isn't). The rear seats will fold down.

The shift knob area (manual) is blue, and the dash is black (some Lancers have a beige dash). Door handles and side mirrors are color matched. OZ Rally floor mats. Some OZ Rally's came with an optional rear spoiler and exhaust tip (the muffler/sound is the same). Guage cluster (for manual) has 3 sections with a white background.

OZ Rally front lip + side skirts + rear lip

The OZ also has a rear sway bar and different shocks/springs than an ES. 4x114.3 wheels vs 4x100 wheels. It still has rear drum brakes.

The engine is the same.

If you're going to try to convert yours to an OZ Rally, it may be cheaper just to buy another one. I know I could have bought another OZ Rally for the cost of my build to make it look like an Evo.

over generalization on seats and blue shift knob area^ Some may be like that but not all. My car for example:

Other than that description sounds spot on

Is that what our stock shifters look like? I'd forgotten

Can you send me a side shot of it? I've always wanted to compare

I found that pic somewhere online. Couldn't find another picture on Google Images. I believe it's the same/similar from the Mirage/Evo 7:

I currently have the Evo 8 shift knob + Mitsubishi OEM Short Shift Kit on mine:
