So remember how I said I wanted an aftermarket from bumper? Yeah, not gonna happen. Getting a nice new stockie #BecauseRaceCar budget. But I did just drop 450 dollars on a Magnaflow exhaust. Ill keep you all updated on when I get it.

But for now, HIDs? Who has them and where did you get them. What X,xxxk did you get? and are they reliable? Im worried about getting cheap ones and having them die, or spending like massive amounts of money when i dont have to. Gonna ask my neighbor where he got his, he said hes had them for a year now no issues. but I do wanna know what X,xxxK you all got. I dont want purple, probably 8K clear light. Im more interested in the fog light colour i should get.

GUYS! My exhaust is here and the box is open and all... My friend and I are throwing it on 12pm tomorrow so keeping you all posted!

Question to all, what should I expect to run into? Seized bolts? Im gonna pick up some PB Blaster/WD-40 tomorrow. Also, do i NEED jack stands? I have a 2.5 ton limit Trolly Jack/Floor Jack.

Im gonna post some pictures of everything now and after. Took a few pics earlier of my stock exhaust thats still currently on the car. just for shiz and giggles.

Been liking how that car has come together. The panda theme works real well man. Congrats. That exhaust os gonna b beastly sounding I bet. Especially with the cold air. I think imma have to get me an evo wing and a vortex generator. Been debating them a bunch but they do look good. Where'd u get them??

And when putting that exhaust on I would definitely recommend putting that thing on four jack stands as high as u can get it so u can get up under that car. Makes it a lot easier man.

The vortex is pretty cheap I got one around 40 bucks plus shipping on amazon and it looks very nice. The wings gunna cost 130 and some change.

Do you have an 02 lancer if so I read that you have to modify the cold air intake to get it to fit

Were the vortexs the ones that say they fit the evos? And I found the wings thats pretty much as cheap as they get.

And as for the short ram, I bought it off a guy who had bought ot for his 04-06 lancer and I juat fogured it would be realitively the same size... that was not the case lol. It's too long on both ends and the maf sensor adapter is pre welded on and isn't The correct size, but a buddy of mine has a family owned machine shop shop and said that he'd b willing to cut it to the correct size and drill out to where the maf sensor would work, so imma try that first before buying a new one.
