Eyelid ???

I have some projector headlights asnd I was thinking of putting eyelids on there. Does anyone have pics of it done or any info wether it will look good or horrible. Will it block the turn signal from showing??

no pic. I know it does block the signal a little bit. I think the 04's and up need eyelids. I say go for it.

Eyelids look cheap on stock headlights and will look even worse on projectors. Don't hide them; they're too beautiful.

Good to know since they only made Ralliarts in '04 and up.

This thread used to have some nice pictures of Ralliarts with projectors, but I can only guess that with the Registry down, so went the pictures.

Not sure about fitement on the ES though. If I remember correctly, the eyelids did cover part of the turn signal on the RAs, but I don't know to what extent or anything.

Good luck in your search!

This CarDomain might have pics on it as well, but for some reason the page isn't loading for me right now. It's Ralli04 from this site's page.

finding pics with and without shouldn't be to hard to find in the show and shine section....all in the eyes of the beholder.

I fitted my Accolade eyelids and I was really surprised as to how much of a difference it makes to the car - the other day i dropped the other halfs car off to get a service I started walking home and towards me came my car but at first I have to admit I did not recognise it as a RA. Lancer.... the eyelids are cheap enough, put them on leave them on for a bit and if you don't like them take them off

I used sikkaflex227 applied it to the edges then some in the middle sections lined it up and then used some masking tape to holdit in place tillit cured then when cured I rolled the car outside for another 2 hours to dry out...

If you're interested in a set of eyelids i have some cf ones lying around.

Personally i wanted to do them, but knowing me i have ADD with my car's exterior, I woulda just taken them off then i'd have to deal with peeling the tape off and everything. Plus i don't have any other CF on my car so i didn't want to waste them by painting them.

I love how they look, i just rather hold off on them until i get more cf on my car, i could paint them but i don't really want to go through the hassle.
Just my 2 Cents..
