Ouch thats a damn shame! Glad you are okay! That was a hell of a crash. The Lancer really does seem to protect the driver/passenger in a crash though, I've seen some really bad wreck photo's since I've been coming to this forum but I am always impressed with how the car remains solid around its occupants - and thats really cool.
Again sorry to see so much time, $$$, effort and creativity get ruined like that. Not a fitting way for your ride to go at all.
