Official 04-06 Lancer Ralliart Engine Bay Picture Thread
Well I noticed we didn't have a thread on this already and I see it being a fun topic with summer coming I have an older picture yet still most recent. I'll have something better to post soon enough :mistu: I just didn't want to start a picture thread without a picture..........
So let's keep the chatter to a minimum and start posting those 2004-2006 Lancer Ralliart Engine Bay Pictures

FYI: That is a manual transmission SAI on an AT 4g69 with DIY plumbing supplies from Lowe's. I didn't plan it that way, I ended up ordering the wrong short air intake, realized it fit anyways, and then one idea led to another.

I take it the one you have is for an automatic transmission with a lesser degree bend in the elbow and the air filter sits behind the battery as opposed to next to the battery? You might be able to adapt one of those galvanized aluminum heating vents on the end of your long black OEM air duct to shield and create a cooler air environment for your air filter. Use some tin snips and remove one of the sides of that vent, bend the vent into the more oval shape, then slide that puppy right up against your air filter.
