While I agree that they probably do drop the weight Its not woth the lack of safety. They just don't looke like they are going to be able to hold up to the riggors (SP) of the road very well. And the last thing you'll want is for a little rock to fly up and hit one of those and then your SOL.

Good idea...but just needed to put a LITTLE more time/money/thought into it.

Damn, that's one CHEAP Evo owner. Now I've seen it all.

Makes me want to puke. 10 pounds off your car isn't going to save you any time on the track. Maybe 1/1000 of a second or so but to have it that ugly isn't worth it to me.
