The down pipe needs to be welded up yet, so it was leaking really bad. This was just a test run to make sure I had no oil leaks. I didn't want to seal it up until exhaust was completely done, and everything cleared ok. I'm super busy at work right now, so won't work on it till the weekend.

forgive me if this has been answered on the other board...what are you using for injectors? and how are you tuning? FIC? Makes sense since you already have one, but how does it do with boost? is it fairly reliable?

I'm also using the WRX 440's. Yeah, I'll be using the F/IC for the time being. (until reflash software is done and readily available) The unit has an onboard MAP sensor which reads boost, (up to 27 PSI) and is reliable. It's just our ever learning ECU that makes it a challenge.

Does anyone know if you can flash a ralliart rom onto the eclipse auto ECU? My buddy is getting ready to turbo his and it seems like there is more support for the ralliart definition files than the eclipse. Also, how hard is it to disable all the O2 sensors? Doesn't make much sense they ran extra ones on the eclipse. Should have kept the manifold the same

Fastworks tuning software fully supports the 4g eclipse...what generation eclipse is it? the Ralliart and 4g eclipse ECU's are a different animal...

06 2.4 automatic. I'll look into it. I saw some stuff about fastworks on the 4g forum. But It seemed like guys were also using ecuflash. Some guys said about flashing Evo Roms on them. But I don't know if anyone actually done it without swapping the ECU out. Being that he has an auto, I didn't even want to try it.

Evo roms will not flash to a 4g ECU.

the ecu flash method is not as simple, and requires a different program for datalogging. Either way you need to pay for a base tune and definition. I like fastworks because it works well, does everything in one program, it's really easy to use, and hackish has been supporting this platform for over 6 years...

Thanks for the info. That's exactly what he was planning on doing. Just figured I'd check here since I'm not a member in the 4g community.

I really need to mess around with my lancers tune. Been neglecting it since I got my Evo. Really considering going back to MAF, the speed density tune is so annoying. I might try the tephra rom before going back. The startups are all over the place. Can't seem to fine tune them. Actually debating on throwing a 4g69 or 4g64 in it and starting from scratch.
