yes it will be...you could possibly mount it in front of the driver side front wheel if it's small enough, and make the vent shapes in the splash guard actual vents...or maybe you could route the pipe differently, i don't know...

RRM is looking for the brass fittings with 90° elbows for me...

Any local hardware store will have a brass elbow with a barb. No need to go through RRM.

I mean like the other guys were saying, if you could mount it 90 degrees to where it is in front of the fender liner/splash guard, as long as it clears the bumper and fog light bracket, you'll have room for the charge pipe...

this...sometimes you'll have to go to a hardware outfit, like fastenal...not sure if you guys have fastenal in the US, but it's a store that basically specializes is nuts and bolts, fittings etc. tools and shop supplies are secondary.

Since RRM was the company that I bought the equipment from I figured I'd call them first and ask, hoping they would be able to provide me with them for nothing, pop them in the mail and have them arrive at my house without having ever left it. Instead they gave me the same information that I could pick them up at any local hardware store in the plumbing section. I then asked Brandon if he knew the size of the fitting... he did not know it offhand, but said he would do a little research and see if he could provide a couple for me. Voila! Lazy you might call me? Sometimes! In the Paramedic business, it's called, "Using your resources," let the firefighters do the footwork, thank God for those guys!

Having just gone through a hurricane, this is perfect! I'm in no hurry to go anywhere, and don't even know if I can!

1/2" it is with a 3/8" barbed...Lowe's, nor Home Depot carry it. I found some online but with "3/10" barbed (chinese).

Crans,

What diameter are your in/out on your IC? Is 2.5'' okay?

27 x 7 x 3.5

Is the 3.5 the depth of the IC? I see some INs are 2.5 and OUTs are 3.0, etc... ???

3" depth might not fit very well, a 2.5" thick intercooler will fit perfectly between the rad and front crash bar...

...although, the one that Brent used by turbokits is 3.5"

27 x 6.25 x 3.5

a 3" intercooler would sit a little over an inch lower, and the core would not be centered in the bumper opening...
