you know, if the company makes a header for the 4g64, it shold bolt, all they will need to fit is the downpipe, or rig the 4g64 header to fit your stock downpipe

Companies won't work with our cars because there just isn't much of a market. Make a header for the Ralliart and you might sell 10-20. Make one for a Civic, and you can retire next week. More people need to buy the Ralliart before we'll see more parts. Plus, our car is new, it'll be a year or two more yet before we see a growing parts market.

Food for thought...

There is a company that has a made a header for the 4G Eclipse GT 6spd already!!!! It's a shorty header, but its waaaaaaaaaay better than the stock header.

Hows that for a car only out for 4months...

We need someone that can get good cross reference info on the parts that way we can benefit from the parts.

yeah, thats my gripe. (4G GT) 4months > (RA) 2.5years. I understand the eclipse is a hotter market, but c'mon... the most important parts on a car to buy are I/H/E. It's not like if a header was sold by a reputable company that they wouldn't fly. Hell, i'd buy 2!

Our cars should benefit greatly from a race header with the MIVEC system.

Letting everyone know - as Chowetime ha confirmed - RPW will be manafacturing our well proven 4-1 race design series header and down pipe kit for the RA model vehicles.

We tried to organise a test fitter in the states many many moons ago but as a lot of things, all talk no action.

Now with the vehicle coming into Australi finally, we will be going full production and the plans include

(1) RPW Race headers and down pipe kits
(2) New intake manifold nad throttle body options
(3) RPW Camshafts, valve springs
(4) Research into either greddy or Haltech plug and play units incl control of the mivec switchover point
(5) RPW Short shifter kits true ones that modify it forwards and backwards and SIDEWAYS by 50%

And generally any other mods we can work around. Having the vehicle available in Australia, especially with a well known customer liek Chowetime who will working with us (And basically getting parts and labour heavily discounted) is going to mean that wihtin the next 3 monthswe will have all these products finalised and in production.

Best of all prices for all this stuff will virtually be the same as our existing products aka header kits like the current 2.0 model lancer kits etc.

I am expecting the results to be good, it may not come in the form of huge hp gains but more in the form of better torque

I think you have to look at overall mods and how they all work together to get you the best results in my experience it is not one single mod that will create a super car it is always a chain of mods that are designed to work together that will give you the super car

sorry for rant just my 2cents

Correct me if I'm wrong but if you guys have the Grandis (minivan) it has the same 2.4 mivec engine we have for the Ralliarts.
