Update!! Cyl Head Arrived
Gotta tell you guys, couldn't take photos of it cause I was on my lunch hour and was in a hurry but will take the following pics once I get home:
1-Intake ports (with the intake manifold gasket) for you guys to compare before and after the porting
2-Exhaust ports (with the exhaust manifold gasket) for you guys to compare before and after the porting
3-Combustion Chambers
4-dissasembled head
5- Bronze valve guides (not in head) they arrived yesterday too

OK first of all thanks to all of you watching and supporting this thread , so I got home and took some pics
This is the head straight out of the box

Got into the kitchen to grab a couple of HOt Pockets hehehe and got bored and started to disassemble it.
Started with the rockers

Then the Camshaft

BOth parts removed:

Already disassembled I took some measurements of the intake and exhaust ports to compare before and after the porting step
Exhaust ports ALL measured 1-1/2 inches in DIAMETER and they will be enlarged to 1-3/4 inches below a photo of the exhaust ports
NOw the INTAKE ports measured horizontally 2-3/8 inches and vertically 1- 3/16 inches they will be enlarged yo to the gasket size. Below a photo of the intake ports with their gasket.

The other modification that I will do to the intake port is knife edging the intake valves port division , that's the one in the middle of this picture , this will be done to improve gas velocity and reduce turbulence.

Now it's time for me to eat some pizza and start dissasembling the valves to take the head tomorrow to the porting guys ... Will take some pics of course what kind of guy you think I am hehehe LoL
