I wish I could just copy and paste from the word document, but the formatting is odd due to Cam Doctor. I will need to convert the Word doc to a jpg and picture host it.

Didnt want to make a new thread so I will bump this one. Did a regrind for the 4g69 ever get sorted out? Last I remember something was messed up, and I dont remember ever hearing a final word on how it worked out.

Still in progress I would say.

I hit up Royce with my new address when I moved (I sent in my camshaft for the regrind R&D) and he had said he was moving the camshaft to a new cam grinder as Delta couldn't execute at the level he wanted.

This was July/August of last year. I'm sure there are a few updates by now though.

Bah - I need to update this thread once in a while.

The project went dark last year as Delta was fighting some QC issues with their welding rods that affected many of their customer projects. The last thing we need are cam lobes failing at high temps/speed.

Could I have move the project to another grinder yes, but I built up a lot of sweat equity with Delta to consider switching at that time. I will know in a few days Delta's final word on if they are able to continue with the project.

Hmmm... well i was hoping more progress wouldve been made by now. I was thinking about getting the regrind because im going to need to get the head on my Green RA rebuild and ported and polished. figured i'd just do it all at once.

Edit: @RalliartizeIt - we musta posted at the same time lol. I look forward to hearing their final word! Thanks man!

AS do I, I was really looking forward to a camshaft option for the 4G69.

Bumping this thread to hopefully get an update. I suppose I could contact Delta.

I will be in Seattle in April...
