4G69 oil pan
Anyone knows if any other oil pan will fit the RA's 4G69? They seem to be hard to come by, and I already know the Outlander's wouldn't fit (I learned the hard way
). Mitsu sell's them for around 270$. Any advice on this?

yup, got mine from the dealership and was priced reasonable. took me about 45 minutes to change.
The oil pan is so close to the down pipe that between the heat and the cold weather plus salt used here, the pan started to rust with pin holes. I decided to scour the pan surface with scotch brite and then use a whole rattle can of rustolem paint on the pan.

Thanks for the advice. I'll shop around to see if I can find a non-stealership. Also, my mechanic has an epoxy stuff he wants to spray all over it to protect it.
