Need some torque specs

Was wondering if anybody had the torque specs (and sequence) for the head bolts and intake/exhaust manifold?

Had to rip apart my top end to ensure that I had no major valve/piston damage after my timing belt snapped.

Thanks in advance

This is from the service manual:
I'll see if I can find the valve cover specs and tightening sequence in a bit...

Right on Kinksleft! Thank you very much for this info!

Dont worry about the valve cover specs I think those just need to be a little tighter then hand tight otherwise they'll break...

Maybe I missed it but do you by chance have the specs for the intake manifold? Also if you dont mind me asking where do you get a manual like this?

I found the FSM for a 2006 RA in the forums here somewhere. You might have to do a search. Can't remember where I found it exactly. It's a .exe file you download and install on your computer.
