piggy back!
I have a axel back exhaust, some other minor mods and a sri, would getting the piggy back be worth it? Does anyone know the exact hp gain and if its even noticable? Lol.. and if anyone is selling one for a auto tranny! Lol thanks guys and im sorry if there is a thread about this already don't yell at me if there is! :( haha

worth it. gains are more of a percent depending on mods. noticeable. check the marketplace as im sure i saw one not too long ago
|
Oh very noticable. I didn't put mine on until I had all the bolt ons and a timing box but it was a huge difference
|
souless probably more noticeable since you're a MT right? but yes you do notice it as an AT =]

Ott, what are you looking for in trade?(Is the piggy for MT or AT?) |
MT I will give it to you for shipping costs and a bottle of vodka(cost) that pretty much what is it worth. Since Hack can reflash the RA MT or AT ecu it has made the piggyback obsolete I just want it out of my garage...if you think I am joking and you really want this thing them pm me and i will send it you for the cost of a 26 of vodka and shipping........all i ask is you post that I kept my word.......
Plus I have a Haltech Mini that will cost a 40 of Vodka only because it held the tune a bit longer before it had to be reset.... |
Ott, pm sent.

Not woth it we have Quebec Hydro..LOL |
I wasn't aware hackish already found someone to make the AT reflash.
|
He has been able to for a while but the it has not been tested yet, cant find a local AT to test on. Thats the thing with Hack there is tune built but wont release it untill it has been tested.
|
darnit why cant he make a trip out here to chicago and test out the reflash on my car? i'm totally willing to be a guinea pig xP

If you get a piggy back ECU (RRM) and install it yourself, do not cut in you ECU wiring harnest like I did.
Get a ECU Patch/Extension Harness, I just wished someone would have told me about that before I did the work on my car (AEM have some availlable). If you get a RRM ECU second hand, it`s a good deal, but make sure you get the fuel map that comes with it. I was unable to get any help from RRM on mine. Emm |
