Besides the body, what is the main difference? From what I can tell, its the engine and the suspension.

I have to say the center dash. ehehe, jk 
nah, u nailed it on the head. adding the mivec is a big diff, too, but i guess that can be under the engine category. my es was an auto, but im pretty sure that the ra has an improved clutch/tanny. i love th 5speed on the RA! alot nicer than the firebird formula and the prelude I used to drive.

Engine, Tranny gearing (the actual tranny casing is the same), shift linkage (from Evo parts bin), gauges (white face), suspension, wheels/tires, ground effects body kit, approx. 1" suspension drop, higher output alternator, Evo VII style seats
