yeah physically our 5th gear would overwork the motor eventually, with 100mm stroke, the engine can only safely rev so high, right?

True true, although I'd think we'd be able to get a bit higher with stronger internals and reinforced walls

Top speed is fine. IF you turbo, you need to make sure you do not boost creep when you pull top speed runs for a long time. Watch your boost gauge when you do long 5th gear pulls with the throttle pinned to the floor. Just some advice for guys. It does not always happen with our kits but once out of 100 it has happened. If you are turboing yourself, be careful that the wastegate keeps up with bleeding off the boost. With our kit the 38mm TIAL does the job without issue because we are running the kit at 10 psi or less.

Why does the Lexus LFA have a comfortable cruising speed of 120? Cause it can haha, I have no reason why I would want or need to go faster the 130 or 140, just the curiosity to see if can be done. I'm just an inquisitive person cranswick lol

So aftermarket down pipes will always remove your catalytic converter?

Yes but I haven't seen anyone that just sells just the downpipe anymore. Rrm used to , I have it , but it's been long discontinued.

I was wanting the intake manifold but not the downpipe so I can keep my oem catalytic converter for back pressure reasons and law and just lack of money but no one sells the manifold without a downpipe. Does it not bolt on without the aftermarket downpipe? Or is it just assumed you want the downpipe with it.
