Burnout...?

We can't do that?!... I owned a NEON 2.0L 1998 and Z24 2000, and I was able to make decent burnout, but with my little ralliart I can't do it, It move forward, even if I put the handbrake.

Did someone else make it right.... My friend laught at me beacause of it...

Need some advice or, maybe the car have not enough torque for the weight and it's impossible?......

Thanks

I think, I've badly translated my ideas in english, I speak french and I was thinking that a Burnout was a " smoke show", I'm able to make my wheel spin, but not without moving foward.

Anyway sorry for the thread It's untopic....

burn out and smoke show are pretty much the same thing. dont worry about your translation, it gets the point across well enough. to my knowledge, i dont think, however, the non-turbo lancers have enough torque to keep the tires spinning without moving the car. modify the car with some performance parts and you should have no problem.

not to get off topic but anyone notice the measured hp on the cars opposed to the claimed crank? We have 6 hp more measured then the sentra. So if we have better rubber and a limited slip the ralliart would probably put out much better numbers then the sentra? right?

i have no trouble doing a quick burnout at the track....but i dont need to do it for more than a sec or so to clean debris off the tires. and neither do you, especially anywhere OTHER than the track

That SCC pic is cool. This is from a burnout I did in my Evo:

Ha ha, just kidding, it was some guy in an older RWD car...

Get a 5spd. and then you burnout w/o a problem! I burned an older SE-R a while back, so I am positive a ralli. would too. Not to sure about the newest SE-Rs thou. When I had an automatic, I use to stick sh*t under the tire to get it to spin, I know, thats pretty lame but really funny! Greasy cheeseburgers work the best!
