Time for a CF hood!

So i stopped at Arby's yesterday morningto get breakfast and the line at the Drive Thru was not moving. so i put it in N and set the parking brake and pic up an old newspaper i had on the floor and start reading. 5 mins still not moving, so i go back to the paper, next thing i know "Crunch" i hate that metal on metal sound, well atleast when i'm involved. So i look up and see a chevy 1500 sliding down my hood. some *Explitives deleted* redneck backed into me! he was at the little box and i was about a car lenght behind him. i get out to survey the damage and he gets out and says " sorry buddy i didn't see you there" :idiots . thats WTF mirrors are for! well that being said his side mirror was shattered from something else he had hit. so i call the cops and they send out a community service officer. and she takes my info and his and writes up a report. well time for a CF hood.

He crushed the subframe of the hood from what my dads friend said. he is a state farm insurance adjuster. he said that the hood has to be replaced bc of where is creased and the damage under it. im happy. but sad. he said that CF is the best way to go, and since they wont have to blend the fenders with new hood paint thats even more $$$ towards the hood.

Well, that sucks but at least it's gonna benefit you. Yeah I'm curious, why was he backing up in the first place?

Carbon Trix has this sweet Evo 7 style hood that I'm dying to get. It would look so good.

I wish someone would hit my hood and nothing else.

i really dont like the looks of a carbon hood on ours looks out of place you'll have to paint it to match your colour unless your car's black .sorry to hear about the damage though sucks it happened to me too someone rear ended my car and took off cracked the rear bumper (qwote from the dealership for a new one $1100can unpainted) bought the evo 8 conversion kit for $1350can .

I've got a CF Evo 7 Hood coming that was damaged in shipping by UPS, so now have to wait for the next shipment from to get to RRM to get to me...

Anyway, that sucks... go for the CF HOOD!!! =) OEM or EVO7!!! They have both...

Seriously though, what does Arby's sell for breakfast by you!? That's unheard of here!!!

A couple different types of biscuits, and ham and cheese croisants(sp?).

I'm going with the EVO7 Style.
