Does it only happen when the car's running? Try it with the ignition off and see.

I get a very faint squeak from mine sometimes, but it doesn't seem to hurt anything and isn't enough to bother me. I only seem to hear it when I'm starting off in 2nd gear.

Well, that'll make diagnosis much safer, if not easier.

Have someone repeatedly step on and off the clutch, while you try to trace the noise. The first place I'd look would be the throwout bearing, and the sleeve it slides on. It might just need a little grease. Unfortunately, that's going to be difficult. Unless you feel like pulling the transmission, you can try taking off the boot around the clutch release fork and shining a flashlight in there to see.

Try spraying the shifter bushings with WD-40, If you have(aftermarket ones) that is the first thing to start to squeak.

I still get a faint one from the clutch pedal and now just recently the brake pedal

Also my front suspension and rear is starting to squeak a bit too.

I'm pissed about the bushing problems with this car we need a complete kit from energy.

Amen, brother! I'm tempted to get the Evo kit just on the chance that some of the bushings will fit. I've already had my rear control arms replaced once, and they're squeaking again.

Best thing to do would be to get your car into the dealer and have it checked out, this way they can assess if this is an ongoing problem and make recalls. If we fix our own problems than others that can't may have to pay by the time its figured out by mitsubishi. I have had 2 similar problems as others on here, and have had parts replaced through the dealer. my 2cents

Sounds like you'd have to get a hotel to get your ride fixed.

Mine does the same!!!! (I might know the answer)

My clutch is exactly the same thing that you were describing it’s a squeaking noise every time I put the clutch and I’ve already taken it to the dealership and had it fixed once they replace the clutch master cylinder with an OEM Mitsubishi product. The problem was fixed for about 8000 miles and then now I’m getting issue again. The problem is Mitsubishi decided to use a plastic clutch master cylinder instead of an aluminum one like most companies use if you get on the floorboard of the car where your petals are take off the three pop connector screws and pull the carpet back you can see the master cylinder on the back of the clutch pedal if yours has any fluid leaking even just a few drops and make sure to put your finger on it it’s the clutch master cylinder that needs to be replaced and I would recommend an aftermarket aluminum one i’m taking a back into the dealership to get a plastic one put in then I’m gonna pay for my own aftermarket one because this car is under warranty. Feel free to respond I can send you a video of what mine sounds like and it might sound the same.

You are onto something. i decided to upgrade the clutch master slave cylinder on my evo as a precaution. OEM is plastic like mentioned above. a couple weeks after i got the same annoying squeak. i remedied this by tightening the clutch adjustment nut and also spraying the spring with white lithium grease. for the most part the squeak is gone but it is faint when the car is off. If you are stock and its squeaking it might be on its way out. here are pictures. i know its an evo but im guessing its more or less the same.
