Show Your Support

From my experience RRM is by far best the place to go when in need of parts for your Lancer. Their customer service is the best i have ever encountered. Ok RPW is comming out with a header wich will probally have some impressice gains. But lets not count out RRM. You never know what they may have up their sleeve. For those of you in the states, dont go out and buy a new header just because there arent currently any others made. Show your support by not counting RRM out, a legit US vendor who has proved over and over thier value and support to the lancer society. You know that they wouldnt introduce a new product unless they believed in it. Time will tell.

i love the support but hey is an effect called the flavor of the week...
now the best way to show support is not by asking but buy buying...
rpw came out with the header, great! but the price oh fk and we dont even know how it looks like we only have a generic picture.... you see were im getting at? with rrm what you see is what you get...

btw i am as neutral as the swiss because
i buy from both vendors.... just to let you guys know... this is not vendor bashing is just an freedom of speech thing....

i agree with you PR! I am neutral as well because they are the only companies that make stuff for our cars. The best way to show support is to buy! You won't know until you can compare! So hoooray for freedom of speech!

Yeah......RPW & Customer service will not fit togather into one sentence; so without a doubt, RRM is still the best a/m parts maker and best customer service provider.

that is not fair to say.. have you dealt with rpw or you just making the opinion out of the stigma of the accolade problem with one of the customers..?
i have bought from rpw and so far no issues....

I really don't see how RRM being a great means anything for RPW. More vendors means more parts for us, and we all win. I'm sure BOTH would be glad to have our buisness, as opposed to turning us away for choosing one part over another.

Let's try to stay level headed and be grateful for RRM, AND having more than just one vendor making and doing R & D for our cars. Both RRM and RPW, and anyone else who has the time to put into making my car more fun to drive get my support.

Already dealt with the ACCOLADE in the past and had bad experiences. Since ACCOLADE is the one representing RPW on this forums, ACCOLADE will be one responsible customer service. We dont even have direct ph# to RPW which means if we are lucky, we will get customer service from ACCOLADE or no customer service at all.

Did i open up a can of worms or what? And yes it is great that other companies are helping with R&D on the RA. It IS nice to know what you see is what you get though.

competition between vendors means more products, and, more importantly, competitive pricing.

p.s.
...that's a good thing.
