QUICK HELP!! Evo Steering wheel install

Ok, so i've got the new wheel on and I went to tighten the bolt on the evo wheel and all its doing is turning? Its the same size bolt we use right? And it should be tightend the opposite way to how the old one had to be loosend (should be turning the bolt towards the dash [away from you]) right?

Help guys...I'm sooooo close.

Ok, I figured it out. Apparently, when you buy the wheel from new that bolt comes in a stagnant position. I had to push (fairly good push) the bolt into place and THEN start screwing.

Feel like a tool now. lol

But, its in FINALLY!!! I'm gonna go for a drive later. Will report back.
