I was browsing parts for the RA on ebay this morning and found this : RALLIART DRAGGER 4.5' TIP MUFFLER MIRAGE LANCER EVO 8. Does anyone currently have this? They claim up to 10 HP increase (hmmmm) from a product so cheap! I'm thinking that it sounds to good to be true.

It will sound like a tin can in about 6 months. "0" HP increase. Save alittle cash, and buy either RRM or Magnaflow #14829.

ya their cheap crap, i had one on a previous car. just imagine all the other hondas with them. same sound. but if you drive down to dallas ill trade you my custom made axleback for your stock axleback and 150$ cash. sounds good eh? that goes for anybody.

No muffler is going to increase your available hp, if you seriously want to free up some more then buy a full cat-back system. You might see a 10-20hp TOTAL gain if you combine it with a CAI. If you really want to make some hp, you allready know the answer.... You aint gonna find it on ebay for 25 bucks!!!!! Stick to products you recognize the name of at a price not to distant from retail and you "might" be safe. Stick to known vendors with a good history of customer service preferably close to where you live in case you need to return it or ask multiple questions or even get it proffesionally installed. Just remember that no matter how good you are, if people aren't willing to pay you to do it to their car... you are not a proffesional!

 

^ yeah thats on the dot. If the product is such an efficient part, it wouldn't go for $100 over the internet, let alone $25.

The sellers got some good ratings, but hes also got some bad reviews. Thing is, you dont really know how good all those products turned out because the feedback was from when the buyer received the package. 3 months later, "stainless steel" turns into stained steel exhaust and you'll need a new one
