1. tein or K-sport coilovers
2. RRM header/downpipe combo with cat
3. RRM piggy back ecu
4. RRM port and polished intake manny
5. RRM rear sway bar with perches
6. RRM stanless steel clutch line

8. B&M Short shifter
9. kart bay shifter bushings (under the hood and shifter base)
10. kartboy exhaust hangers

Add an Evo stainless steel clutch line to that list. You might as well do both halves of the line at the same time. Also, instead of the B&M shifter, get something less expensive, such as the Authority shifter. Does the same thing, but costs a LOT less than the B&M one.
you should put up a pic of the car so we all can see what we think it needs. the coilovers are def. a good choice though.
for graduation i got a system in my old truck. then it caught on fire in my new car lol
and congrats on graduating

Damn you're dropping a lot on your car, i wish i could do the same. I just graduated today and i'm trying to convince the parents for a CAI and UDP but it doesn't seem to be working lol. Looks like you're pretty much gonna max your car out N/A.
