Exclamation A slightly modded Ralliart could take a Galant Ralliart...

... in the quater mile. 0-60 - 6.5sec ~ 1/4th - 15flat

I can't believe mitsu drop the optional manual transmission. They are truely idiots. All ralliart branded cars should come with a standard or optional stick. Ralliart owners, have fun beating this one.

The Galant is more of a family sedan and I could see the demand for manual transmissions being low. So it was probably best if they just scapped the idea.

We got the best times by manually holding 2nd gear to redline
258/258 and a 15 flat is the best time?

They look damn near the same if you ask me. That's the closest I've ever seen an actual model come to looking like the concept.

Looks pretty hideous. I'd buy a Hyundai Azera over this if I wanted a fast automatic family sedan in the low-mid 20s.

i dunno how the actual can look like crap when they are nearly identical.

i'm guessing that car probably weighs 4,000 lbs. it should still be able to hit at least a high 14. check and see if there are other mag reviews for it.

They never spoke of the price tag...how much are they? I like the DVD system, but I'd rather stick with the Lancer, it looks better.

Different class of car. Most people if they were out car shopping wouldn't be debating on whether to get a Galant or a Lancer. If you are looking at one or the other you have totally seperate needs in mind.
