havent been on the boards lately b/c work is kicking my ... but i thought i'd post up let you all know im selling my RA to get a new evo. depending on when the car gets sold i might hold out and get an evo X. their is no part out going on i dont think. but if i get rid of anything ill let you all know.

Hold out for the X man......or get a good IX. Personally I think I would get the IX.

 

He has too many mods, it would take forever for him to part out. Too much work!

 

I would part out..no one will give you more money because your car is modded and others probly wont buy it because its modded and they think that you just ran the car into the ground...part it out replace with stock parts and then sell the car

 

damn...u put alot of work into that car too. gl with your sale and new car.

 

I dont even want to think about parting out , just to remove everything you installed is so depressing ...

 

I agree with what others said, definitely part out your car, it'll help you pay for that new Evo. Your car is worth less with aftermarket parts on it. Returning it to stock will increase its value, plus you'll get even more money by selling the aftermarket stuff.

 

part it out......the same thought has gone through my head about the X but then again mine is almost paid off, and insurance would be a pain as I'm only 21...and seems like the ra community is about to be at a turning point....so good luck in you choice....

 

couldnt have said it better, a couple years ago i tried to sell my old car with all the mods on it and recieved no calls, as soon as i took everything off i sold it a week later plus i made almost all my money back for the mods. you do the math.

 

lol got me thinking now.

If I get the new RA, damn, I'll have to part out! haha.
