Alright, I'm trying to follow the How To Change my own Fog Bulbs write-up and in Step 1 he says take off the splash guards...Is that the whole front bumper? I don't know how to start that..thanks

No there are two pieces about 1 cubic foot in area that come off. Just pop off some of the plastic tabs on the plastic undergaurd closest to the fog light under the car.

Once that's done you should have access, be careful these plastic tabs snap really easily, but they're fairly cheap to replace as well.

When I was putting in my RRM Pulley, I snapped 4 or 5 of the tabs. Like the last poster said, be careful when taking them off. When you take a few of them off, you'll start to notice exactly what the splash guard is and how it's a separate piece from the bumper.
