Interesting electrical problem...
I've been having some weird issues with the lighting in my Ralliart. The first problem was that the gauge cluster wouldn't illuminate when the lights were turned on. Randomly the cluster will light up, but when it does the radio light dims really bad and the HVAC and gear selector (it's an automatic) lights don't turn on at all.
Also, the right brake light has been acting up as well. The bright filament will light up when I hit the brakes, but the other filament and the other tail light bulb will not light up at all. I know the two bulbs for the brake lights are on the same curcuit and I tested the wiring with a multimeter and I'm getting no voltage to those wires.
Any ideas would be appreciated, cuz I'm not sure what else to do besides taking it somewhere. Thanks!

All the fuses are good, that's the first thing I looked at. On a side note, which may be related to the interior lighting issue, the cigarrette lighter keeps blowing its fuse every time I plug something into it.

I too need help, ive done everything above but here let me tell you what i did even though it should have no effect at all due to the fact everything is in parallel so i dont understand how all three arent working. There are two lights down in the center counsel, the ash tray light, which never worked cuz bulb burnt out, and then the cig light which still light. I went to replace the bulb for the ashtray since the wires still worked, after i installed the led everything was working fine, even before i put the led in. Now all of sudden, the a/c bulbs wont light, the cig light lights up but extremely dim, you actually have to try to see the light, the right parking light and license plate light are shut off but the bulbs still work cuz i tested it with the left side of the car. Also the wires that were to the ash try bulb, the ones i cut, no longer get power to it. So the only thing different is there is no bulb at the end of those wires. Before it worked, now all of a sudden it dont.

Hey, one of my threads is back from the dead!
If memory serves me right, it was an under the hood fuse of some sort. Can't recall which one off hand, but it would be a good place to look.
