The 'Best Mod' Thread

Ok guys, time to brag.

Show us what you think is the best single mod for your 04-06 Ralliart. Could be a performance upgrade, esthetics mod, we want to know! Please post pics too, hp gain, and price if you don't mind. Tell us why it is the best mod too, i guess for turbo kits it's obvious, but it might not be as clear with a gauge pod i.e.

yea of course there will be wear and tear on the engine... but so does driving the car to its 6500 rpm redline and racing honda's on the street. It'll take some life off the motor in the long run, but so does racing any car. But its a reliable kit that RRM makes. it wont just end the motor in 20,000 miles. it'll last a good amount of time if you take care of it (of course) 7psi is perfect on a daily driver.

plus... chicks love blow off valves.

i dont know about how many people have HIGH milage on there ralliart. you can probably ask around and see how many people have the RRM turbo kit, how many miles are on the car, and what problems they had.... theres a few ppl around here that has had the RRM kit installed years ago, and still loving every second of there boosted ralliart. Nothing feels better than beating sti's and hooked up mustang gt's on the street, and getting better gas milage then both of them

i ws able to afford the turbo kit when i was 20 years old. i had a 400 dollar a month lancer bill, and a 800 dollar per 45 day insurance bill (bad car accident that wasnt my fault) so i was 20 years old and paying about 900 a month on my car bill, and i was STILL able to afford the turbo kit. yea its 4000 dollars, but i mean if the best best best best thing you can do to your car. you can do EVERY NA mod to your car and it will still not reach the HP of the turbo kit. plus, likd i said...

chick love blow off valves.

worth every penny. without a doubt.

My fav mod i suppose is my AEM wideband.
It gives me real time numbers and its helped me diagnose things when they go wrong.
Cost me around 150ish

This part was pretty snazzy too.

If I wasn't going to school I wouldn't mind dropping the cash for the turbo kit.

I'm in school now too. But if I start saving up for it now I guess i'll be able to buy the RRM turbo kit by summer =] and installed for the next MOD

Favorite mod so far I guess would be RRM header/downpipe just cause when you hit WOT the car just screams. Come Friday my piggyback will be installed and tuned so depending on how well it performs that may very well be my new favorite
