If you aren't able to figure out what it's going to need on your own then you shouldn't be buying it. The insurance company likely has it because they deemed it too damaged to be worth fixing. Projects like this are best left to mechanics and body work people.
agree with everyone here, do not buy it. Why withhold information to a buyer? that is a BS policy for something is really messed up. There are probably way too many variants for us to even consider here, but the end result should be no way
**** no. as previously stated, if they cant tell you more about the car, then you definitely shouldnt buy it. as for the shadiness of the whole thing... would you buy a car from the stealership (not that you should) if you test drove it saturday and came back monday and the lights and front bumper were missing?
