The race would be like this.. In the first two gears the RA will pull 3/4 of a car once both cars are in 3rd gear the RSX-s will start to catch up and by the end of 4th gear at over 100mph the RSXwill be 1/2 ahead of the RA. The RA has torque and explosive power out of the hole but once its running the higher HP of the RSX-s or Celica GTS will prevail.. RA's are tapping 87-90MPH while RSX-s are 90-94 and Celicas 88-92mph. I had a 2K GTS and compared to my new RA the celi has more top end.

But the diff. doesn't justify the $$ +'s 4 doors..

Thunder i agree with you that acura has more of a top end, but i had integra before, i no its not a rsx but honda engines have no where the amount of torque to the wheels as they claim, so by the end of the quarter mile the ra may be able to win by a front end or more

I just raced my friend with a 04 rsx type-s and Thunder-rush is pretty much right. Except my friend had intake so he was further in front than just 1/2. The RSX type S really pulls in 3rd. But come on the RSX has 200hp while we have 162hp. It is not fair to compare both of these cars. It would make more sense comparing an si, integra, or regular RSX.

RSX type s = 15.2 sec @ 92.7 mph
Ralliart = 15.7 sec @ 89.0 mph.

thats pretty impressive considering the type s has almost 30 more hp stock.

RalliArt Lancer Vs.

Ok...so here we go again. Thanks to the lovely work by an un-named mod, I shall attempt this research again.

I'm looking for other people's exp. w/ this car vs. other cars they have driven.

Now to make this CRYSTAL CLEAR this thread (just as the last one was) is NOT a KILL thread. So guys, lets keep the street racing talk outta here...it makes no sense and its not cool.

However, if anyone has taken their ralliart to a track then by all means...share. Thanks,
Mark

I've driven them both and I hate to admit it, but the RSX is the winner.

well it is a given through common sense....

rsx is lighter, has more ponies, and probably more aerodynamic than a ralliart.

I own a Base rsx (160hp and 142tq) and the ralliart will totally kill it. The type S would be a close race. Really depends on driver and tires (if they've been upgraded or not) b/c the tires on the rsx (not sure about the ralliart tires) REALLLLLLY SUCK ***!
