So a couple of days ago + & - poles accidentally touched with a wrench on my 04 ralliart. Thankfully the car did start, but the battery and e-brake lights would come one when revving 2500 rpms and causing the battery to die when cruising. I already replaced the alternator and battery hoping to fix it, but it didn't work. The new alternator is only kicking 11.30 volts to the battery, which is too low to charge the battery. Anyone have any ideas what else to try.

check your fusible links and all the fuses a short most likely blew something...
