Widebodylancer's turbo kit!!!
 

Well whats up guys, i bought widebodylancer's turbo kit, and wow what a mistake. It arrived at my house today and he assured me the kit was in mint condition and it was all packaged up safe, well i opened it there was not a single phone pelet or any attempt to wrapt anythign up, the polished compressor on the turbo and the blow off valve look like i tied them to the back of my bumper and drug them for about 3 miles thats how bad there sratched, ht fif'nt send the custom AC fan and wiring diagram he said was in the kit and the piping the blow off valve is welded to is smashed and creased because nothign was wraped up in anything, oh and yeah i forgot to leave out he did'nt send the intercooler because he said it was dented from rocks so he was refinding me some of the money, well it has been abotu a week and he has'nt even e-mailed me back, so all i can assume now is that he is runnign with my money because i have not heard from him in some time now. So if anyone has any suggestiong ofd what i can do please help me, i called my lawer and he is looking into it right now, but any other advice would be great, thanks guys im in need of help :crap:

Yeah because this one was 2,500 cheaper then rrm and i dont have that kinda money, i would have bought that one but i did'nt have the cash, and i need to do somthing about this problem im havin any advice.

yeah i know what ya meen, i meen hopefully this is all jsut a miss comunication, the guy would have to be sorta slow to screw me over now since we sent the money to his paypal and they have all his information so we will see what they think when they see the claim i filed against him, my lawer is still looking into this i just got off the phone with him, but yeah i know hopefully he will refund the money for the intercooler and the F#CKED up parts he sent me

what s the name of the website i want a cheap turbo too and im gonna buy a custom intercooler if it look like **** not a big deal !!!!

well u can get universal intercoolers off ebay that u mount right to your frame behind your bumper, but seriously back to the question at hand, does anyone know how i can press charges or get my money back from this guy through paypal?

Also report it to paypal, they may be able to work with you.

yeah my friend sent the money from his paypal account so i cant get the transaction ID # so i have to wait for him to get it for me, then i will file a complant, i meen what do u think they will be able to do fo rme in this type of situation

Dunno, the might be able to hold the money if he hasn't cashed it out of his paypal account yet. Getting with PayPal definitely won't hurt things.

really sorry to hear that bud:mad: these stories are the things that make me hate internet shopping. make sure you document ALL the parts condition after shipment and show the damages even if it takes 20 rolls of film whatever you do dont change anything keep all the original packing stuff you might need it later
